Terms of Service

FOB is an independent, fan-made community service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with Bulkhead Interactive or Team17. WARDOGS names, trademarks, artwork, game data, and other intellectual property belong to their respective owners.

FOB does not represent itself as an official WARDOGS service, official leaderboard, or source of official account decisions. The game and its operators remain the final authority for game accounts, purchases, entitlements, sanctions, progression, and official competitive results.

You may use FOB for lawful personal and community purposes related to WARDOGS. You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt to bypass security or rate controls, access another person's account or private information without permission, submit intentionally false identity information, or use automated traffic in a way that disrupts FOB or upstream services.

Access to individual features may depend on Steam verification, WARDOGS availability, a current FOB session, Unit membership, or other eligibility rules. FOB may limit, suspend, remove, or change access when needed for security, reliability, policy compliance, abuse prevention, or changes to the underlying game service.

Some FOB features rely on third-party services, including Steam and WARDOGS. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. FOB cannot guarantee that a third-party service will remain available, keep the same interfaces, return the same data, or continue permitting the same workflows.

You are responsible for complying with the rules that apply to your Steam and WARDOGS accounts. Using FOB does not grant permission to violate game rules or third-party terms.

FOB is designed to show observed or cached data rather than inventing missing statistics. Even so, information may be delayed, incomplete, stale, unavailable, or affected by changes outside FOB's control. Do not rely on FOB as the sole record for purchases, entitlements, official competition results, or other decisions where an incorrect value could cause loss.

FOB may preserve certain historical or security records so that stale requests, duplicate identities, or conflicting account state cannot silently become authoritative. See the Privacy Policy for more information about data handling.

FOB boards are opt-in community features. We may establish eligibility, verification, ranking, moderation, and disqualification rules designed to keep those features useful and fair. We may remove an entry or user from a board when data cannot be verified, abuse is detected, or participation no longer meets the published rules.

FOB Unit membership and roles are community features within FOB unless a page expressly identifies information as coming directly from WARDOGS. Users are responsible for the names and other content they choose to make visible through community features.

FOB is provided on an as-available basis. Features may be changed, limited, disabled, or removed without guaranteeing uninterrupted operation. This is especially true when WARDOGS is unavailable, changes behavior, or when continuing a feature could create security, data-integrity, policy, or rate-limit concerns.

To the extent permitted by law, FOB is provided without warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or perfect accuracy. You use the service at your own discretion. FOB is not responsible for changes or actions taken by Steam, WARDOGS, Bulkhead Interactive, Team17, advertising providers, hosting providers, or other independent third parties.

FOB may display advertising to help support operating costs. Advertising does not make an advertiser an operator or sponsor of FOB, and advertisements should remain visually and functionally separate from navigation and account actions. Advertising providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

These terms may be updated as FOB changes. Continued use after revised terms are published means you accept the updated terms to the extent permitted by law. The revision date at the top of this page identifies the current published version.
